FREE GUIDE - FROM SEASON 2 EPISODE 11 OF THE MORNING SHARE

Every Hero Says No

Resistance doesn’t prove you’re weak, lazy, or failing. It may be the part of you that learned how to keep you safe. Bilbo would rather stay home. Moses asks for someone else. Jonah boards a ship going the other way. Their no wasn’t the end of the story, and yours isn’t either.

Every Hero Says No is a resistance identification guide. It won’t ask you to force a decision. It will help you notice how you say “not yet” when life places you at a threshold.

This guide is for you if...

  • You keep saying “not yet” to something you know is asking for your attention

  • You’ve been over-preparing, waiting to feel ready, capable, or enough

  • You’re carrying everyone else and putting your own threshold last

  • You’ve gone quiet, stayed busy, or avoided the conversation

  • You’re choosing comfort because things are “fine,” even when they’re not

  • You want to understand your resistance before you try to push past it

What's inside

This short, gentle guide will help you:

  • Name the one doorway you’re standing near right now

  • Notice what you might have to leave, change, or release

  • Recognize which of four patterns sounds like you: The Unqualified, The Responsible One, The Runner, or The Homebody

  • See how active and passive resistance show up differently

  • Listen for what your “no” may be trying to protect

There’s no action plan here, on purpose. This week is for recognizing, not forcing. Date the page and come back to it. Your “no” may sound different a month from now.

Where should we send it?
